Examination of abdominal cavity is performed on an empty stomach or not earlier than 6-8 hours from the time of the last meal.
Examination of pelvic organs is performed on a full bladder or three hours after the last urination.
Intracavitary examination of the pelvis should be performed on an empty bladder.
It is not necessary to undergo training to examine vessels, thyroid or mammary glands, heart, tissues or joints.
